DORIN WIGS – CUSTOM WIGS FINAL SALE POLICY

Strict, Legally Binding Terms for All Purchases (Online, In-Store & Remote)

At Dorin Wigs, every customized wig is crafted, altered, styled, or finished according to the specific preferences and requests of each client. Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of these products, all customized wigs are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or chargebacks — without exception.

By purchasing through our website, in our physical store, over the phone, through WhatsApp, or via any online consultation, you acknowledge and accept the following legally enforceable terms.

1. Customized Wigs Are Final Sale – No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

1.1 Any wig that undergoes any form of customization is legally classified as custom-made or custom-altered under Florida Statute §501.142(2) and is therefore strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

1.2 Customization includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lace cutting
  • Hair trimming or shaping
  • Coloring, toning, bleaching
  • Cap sizing, tightening, or adjustments
  • Heat styling or setting
  • Any alteration performed per the client’s request

1.3 Once customization begins — even partially — the sale becomes final and irreversible.

Cancellations are not permitted after this point.

2. No Claims Based on Personal Preference or Dissatisfaction

By purchasing a customized wig, you agree that the following do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or compensation:

  • “It looks different what I expected.”
  • “The color is not what I imagined.”
  • “Someone told me it doesn’t suit me.”
  • “It looks different in certain lighting.”
  • “I changed my mind about the length/style.”

Aesthetic dissatisfaction is not considered a defect and is not grounds for any refund or return.

3. Strict No-Chargeback Agreement

3.1 By purchasing from Dorin Wigs, you agree not to initiate any chargeback, bank dispute, PayPal/Stripe claim, or similar action, including but not limited to:

  • “Item not as described”
  • “Quality dissatisfaction”
  • “Unauthorized transaction”
  • “Service dissatisfaction”

3.2 Any dispute filed in violation of this policy constitutes a breach of the agreement and may result in:

  • Legal action
  • Administrative and processing fees
  • Chargeback penalty fees
  • Collection costs
  • Attorney fees and court costs

These terms are strictly enforced.

4. Natural Hair Variation Disclaimer

Human hair is a natural material. Variations in tone, texture, density, porosity, curl pattern, oxidation, or overall appearance over time are normal and expected.

Such variations do not constitute a defect and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

5. Hygiene and Health Regulations

Due to strict hygiene standards and the intimate nature of cranial prostheses:

  • Any wig that has been tried on, worn, or customized cannot legally or ethically be resold.
  • This supports and reinforces our final sale policy.

6. Adjustments Are Courtesy Only

Any post-purchase refinements, touch-ups, or adjustments offered by Dorin Wigs are:

  • Optional
  • Discretionary
  • Not guaranteed
  • Not an entitlement
  • Not a basis for any refund or return

Kindly note: adjustments do not alter the final sale status.

 

7. Client Responsibility

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You reviewed all product details before buying.
  • You understand that colors may vary on different screens and lighting conditions.
  • You provided accurate measurements (when applicable).
  • You understand that wig care and maintenance are your responsibility.
  • You agree that these terms are a mandatory condition of purchase.

8. Legal Notice

These terms are enforceable under:

  • Florida Contract Law
  • Florida Statute §501.142(2)
  • E-commerce binding agreement laws
  • Chargeback arbitration guidelines

Your purchase constitutes legal acceptance of this policy in full.

9. Policy Applies to All Sales Channels – Without Exception

This Final Sale Policy applies equally to every method of purchase, including:

  • Purchases made on our website
  • Purchases made in our physical store
  • Purchases made through online consultations (Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp Video, etc.)
  • Purchases made via phone calls
  • Purchases through WhatsApp, SMS, or any written communication
  • Remote custom orders
  • Deposits, partial payments, and full payments

Any customization on any wig purchased through any channel results in a permanent, non-negotiable FINAL SALE with no refunds, exchanges, or returns.

All payments made — including deposits — indicate full acceptance of this policy.

FINAL STATEMENT

  • ALL CUSTOMIZED WIG SALES ARE FINAL.
  • NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS.

By completing your purchase through any sales channel, you agree to be bound by this policy unconditionally.
